Religious Properties Workshop:

Learn How to Care for Your Sacred Place

Are you a professional or volunteer responsible for a historic religious property?   What are the top issues facing your building?  Is the roof sound?  Do you wonder about accessibility issues?  Where do you get the funds to make repairs?  Have you thought about marking the history of your congregation and its building?

If you are facing issues such as these, then the Partners for Sacred Places Religious Properties Workshop is for you.  We hope you will encourage your congregation's buildings and grounds chairperson as well as top congregation pastoral and lay leaders to join us for the workshop.

Two tracks of sessions will help you get information you need about designations, funding, and architectural questions about your religious building.  We will even have architects onsite who can answer your key building questions - bring photos of whatever your particular building's issue is.
